This covers the cost of BCI working with our mustang program facilitator Jeff Cook for the duration of BCI’s week-long program. During BCI’s week-long program Jeff works alongside Tamara with our veteran participants for four days of theprogram for five hours on each day. All work with mustangs takes place at Jeff's property, Dream Horse Ranch, AZ.
